About the artisT
Stephanie was born in Paris, France in 1995, then migrated to Singapore when she was six years old. She discovered her love for art in 2009 and has not stopped learning, sketching, and being creative since. She has a love for all things beautiful- be them experiences, objects, sceneries, people, or art. She is the author of the blog: http://www.everythingis-art.com/, on which she shares her knowledge and inspirations.
She learnt about the Zentangle® method in 2012, and then went on to be a part of the 21st Certified Zentangle Teacher Seminar. With her mother, she has opened an art enrichment center called "Everything Is Art" to teach the Zentangle method to people in Singapore. She teaches on-going weekly classes in Toa Payoh Central Community Club. She has also taught corporate workshops for organisations such as the Ministry of Education, Grand Hyatt Singapore, Shangri-La Hotel, HDB Hub, Singapore Cancer Society, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, Alexandra Health, and SingEx (Expo).
In 2019, she collaborated with another Zentangle teacher, Debbie New. Together, they opened an art studio named “Seven Forests Five Rivers”. It is located at 33A Hong Kong Street, Singapore 059672.
In early 2016, she started the Travelling Tangles Project in an effort to show how the Zentangle® method can bring people from around the world closer to one another.
Through her never-ending journey in art, she hopes to carve a little space of her own in this world.
